Despite being a necessity, electricity supply in Nigeria remains a mystery to the end-user. Consumers often feel helpless and 'clueless' about when power will be restored or why it was cut. Without a reliable source of truth, Nigerians are forced to rely on rumors or guesswork, leading to high levels of frustration and a total lack of control over their domestic and professional environments
